Who We Are

Bridging the Boundary is an educational initiative focused on cyber sexual harassment and technology-facilitated abuse. We provide accessible resources that help individuals and institutions recognize online harm, understand available options, and connect with relevant support systems.

As digital communication continues to evolve, so do the challenges of navigating harassment and abuse online. While support resources exist for sexual violence, resources specifically addressing ongoing technology-facilitated harassment are often more difficult to find and navigate. Through education and resource development, we work to promote awareness, informed decision-making, and safer communities.

Bridging the gap between online harm and real-world support through education, prevention, advocacy, and resource accessibility.

We provide educational resources and institutional outreach initiatives that help individuals recognize technology-facilitated sexual misconduct, understand their options, and connect with available support.

Our Values

Our Story

Bridging the Boundary was founded in response to a growing reality: as technology becomes increasingly integrated into our daily lives, sexual harassment and abuse are no longer confined to physical spaces. For many individuals, online harassment can continue long after an initial incident, creating confusion, fear, and uncertainty about where to turn for help.

The idea for Bridging the Boundary was shaped by firsthand experiences with both sexual violence and subsequent online harassment. Navigating unwanted contact, coercive messages, and persistent attempts to maintain access through digital platforms revealed how difficult it can be to identify available resources, understand one's options, and determine what steps to take next. While every experience is different, the challenges of responding to technology-facilitated abuse are increasingly common.

Bridging the Boundary was created to help close that gap by providing accessible, research-informed educational resources that empower individuals and institutions to recognize cyber sexual harassment, understand available support systems, and foster safer, more informed communities.
